A Cash Mob in Bellport, New York is going to be on Inside Edition today (Monday, January 30, 2012) – check it out!
Great work! For anyone who is reading (and is not on Twitter), we are having Cleveland Cash Mob III tonight! Tuesday, Jan. 31. At 61st and St. Clair. 6pm-9pm. Beautiful day for a mob. Hope to see you!
How can we become a part of this when we are not on Twitter. Do you have a page through Facebook? We have a small Art Glass Studio in Berea, Ohio! This sounds like a great way to help the community and I would like to participate in the future.
The easiest way is to join Twitter; otherwise, I would suggest starting one for your community and seeing if it can be done WITHOUT Twitter! I think Chagrin Falls didn’t use Twitter much for theirs.
We had a very successful cash mob in Wakefield RI on January 30 (over 40 attendees and over $800 spent) that was done entirely through facebook. I set up an event page and started inviting people. Those people spread the word and invited more people. It is totally doable without using twitter.
There is a recap article about it here on the blog.
Good Luck! Just go for it!
Fantastic job Laura!!!

We showed up at 5:30 a.m. to catch the sunrise at Angkor Wat, and it was already packed with tourists. Normally this would be annoying…
Even Buddhist monks take selfies at Angkor Wat – it’s that ridiculously beautiful.
Some people can imagine a photo before it happens and then set up their camera to capture it when it happens. I…well, it’s difficult for…
